Correspondence - organizing of donor information and assisting in the generation of correspondence and thank you notes to donors.

Data Management - collecting, organizing and updating information specific to Helping Hugs and/or any of the committees. Help with grant writing.

Fundraising Activities - involvement in the execution of helping hugs fundraising events.

Marketing Strategies - involvement in the promotion of fundraising or Helping Hugs activities including, but not limited to, website, newspaper or church bulletin articles.

Creative Arts - Graphic design of posters, fliers etc. Collating of news articles about Haiti and transcribing of human interest stories. Taking of and finding needed pictures. Photo Editing.

Event Planning - involvement in the planning of Helping Hugs fundraising events. Help with the logistics of gathering supplies for events.

Translation - ability to communicate in French.

Social Media - knowledge and use of Social Media platforms. Setup Helping Hugs accounts with instagram and twitter. Monitor the accounts and respond to questions, comments, etc. Coordinate with Marketing Strategies developed for fundraising events and other activities.
